We've spent more than a decade building the kind of early-years space we wanted for our own children — calm, attentive, honest, and joyfully curious.
Babies & Todd's Academy was founded in Windhoek with a simple belief: in the first six years of life, the small, ordinary moments are the curriculum.
The way a child is greeted at the door. The voice the room uses at lunchtime. Whether the grown-ups bend down to listen, or speak from above. These are the things that shape a brain — far more than any flashcard.
Our staff are qualified, vetted, and continuously trained. Our routines are predictable on purpose. Our communication with families is direct, honest, and same-day. And our platform exists for one reason: so that nothing important is ever lost between us and you.

Provides strategic leadership and oversees the overall operations, staff, and growth of Babies & Todd's Academy while ensuring excellence in education, safety, and quality care for every child.

Grade R Teacher & Head of Department (HOD)
Prepares children aged 5-6 years for a successful transition to Grade 1 through a high-quality school readiness programme. As Head of Department, she oversees curriculum implementation, supports and mentors teaching staff, maintains educational standards, and ensures excellence in teaching and learning throughout the academy.
Cuddle Cubs Caregiver (Infant Class)
Provides a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for infants by meeting their daily care needs, supporting early development through age-appropriate activities, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and communicating effectively with parents.
Little Dreamers Teacher (3-4 Year Olds)
Teaches and cares for children aged 3-4 years, preparing learners for Grade R by developing early literacy, numeracy, communication, social, emotional, and motor skills through engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Bright Butterflies Teacher (2-3 Year Olds)
Supports early learning through play-based, age-appropriate activities that develop language, social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills while fostering independence, confidence, and a love for learning.
Lead Teacher - Tiny Adventurers (3-4 Years)
Responsible for the care, education, and development of children aged 3-4 years.
Academy support team
Facilities, Safety & Security
Responsible for the maintenance, safety, security, and general upkeep of the school premises.
Kitchen & Nutrition Coordinator
Responsible for preparing nutritious meals and snacks, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, managing the kitchen, and ensuring a clean and healthy food preparation environment for the children.
