Our story
Built around the years families cannot get back.
Babies & Todd's Academy was founded in Windhoek with a simple belief: in the first six years of life, the small, ordinary moments are the curriculum.
The way a child is greeted at the door. The voice a room uses at lunchtime. Whether grown-ups bend down to listen. These daily details shape a child far beyond any flashcard.
Our staff are qualified, vetted and continuously trained. Our routines are predictable on purpose, and communication with families is direct, honest and same-day.

Prepares children aged 5-6 years for a successful transition to Grade 1 through a high-quality school readiness programme. As Head of Department, she oversees curriculum implementation, supports teaching staff and maintains educational standards throughout the academy.
