Enrolment
A completed and signed application, the non-refundable N$350 registration fee, and the first monthly school fee are required before attendance begins.
Fees
Full-day fees are N$2,150 per month for children aged 0–3 years and N$1,950 per month for children aged 4–6 years. Breakfast and lunch are included. Fees are due on or before the 3rd of each month, and a N$150 late-payment charge applies from the 4th.
Sibling discount
A 15% discount applies to the school fees of the second and subsequent siblings. Terms and conditions apply.
Notice
One calendar month written notice is required before withdrawing a child. Fees in lieu of notice apply where shorter notice is given.
Health & safety
Children with infectious illness must remain at home for the period specified by the academy's health policy. Parents must keep emergency contacts and medical information up to date.
Behavioural & safeguarding
The academy reserves the right to refuse enrolment or require withdrawal in cases of repeated breach of policy, behaviour that endangers other children or staff, or non-payment.
